RAISING YOUR VIBRATIONAL RATE

Since we know that all creation is manifest from Divine energy, we also know that the smallest component exist as pure energy. The density of an object is governs how fast that energy can physically vibrate. Therefore everything physically manifested vibrates within certain ranges of frequency in order for human senses to perceive it.
A major factor that limits people from readily perceiving higher dimensions is because the frequency rate of vibration is outside the range of human perception. This contributes to their lack of faith and ability to believe in something that can not be perceived through the normal senses.

Even though you can’t perceive something doesn’t prove that it doesn’t exist. For example, you can blow on a dog whistle and not hear it, but the sound is real because your dog reacts. The Higher Dimensional Beings and those Dimensions are being perceived by some people because they have learned to perceive them through different senses, but for most people this is beyond their range of perception. Though many people are beginning or are working with energies on different planes and dimensions because they are consciously working to increase their rate of vibration.

Raising your vibration enables you to receive a more direct guidance and clearer guidance from your Higher self because it vibrates at a higher rate. Having this direct link allows for information to be more easily accepted by the conscious and actualized. Therefore a direct link is formed to interact with your Higher Self, Archangels, Ascended Masters and the Brotherhood.

You can raise your personal vibration by doing specific energy work with your Higher Self and Guides of Light. This frequency raising energy work can be done by everyone, and is being done in many ways naturally on an ongoing basis as the vibration of the Earth is being raised in preparation for the Ascension.

Raising your vibration also opens you to different levels of consciousness. The first level of change enters you into Lunar consciousness, this is where clairvoyant and healing abilities heighten. This stage of consciousness lasts for approximately five years.

The next stage is Solar Consciousness, you become more attuned and start to heal and clear problems from all of the subtle bodies (physical, emotional, astral mental and spiritual). This can last from three to five years. This is a very high level and most people never go any higher.

lightworkers, healers and Spiritual teachers that are to work on an intense level with spirit can reach the next step which is Stellar Consciousness. To reach Stellar means that you are a clear channel for spirit, which requires cleaning and anchoring all your have chakras, and dealing with all your karma.

Emergence with the Divine Force, God, Ultimate Being or whatever you wish to call the superior force is the next step, and it truly is only available to the great spiritual teachers. Activation of the 12 strands of DNA into the physical and interface with the lightbody is completed.

Consequently, raising your vibration heightens your awareness, develops telepathy, intuition, and increases "ESP" abilities in which to live your life in a more conscious manner. This expanded awareness of energy also helps to open and develop channels of communication from other realms of Light Beings, Spirit Guides, and Nature Spirits. These realms encourage intuition, knowing, and the ability to receive evident guidance from Spirit, thus enhancing your quality of life by imbuing harmony, balance, joy, and inner-peace.

Your reception of this increased Love or Light into your being projects it into everything you do, effecting and anchoring more Light on the Earth Plane. Furthermore, this benefits humanity by pioneering the path which will result to encourage others to evolve on their spiritual path.


COMMON VIBRATIONAL SIGNALS


The out-of-body experience is a method that helps to separate you from physical consciousness in order to explore other realms and dimensions. Recognizing energy triggers will help prepare and alert you to opportunities for energy shifts.


Buzzing, humming, electrical or roaring sounds

Unusual tingling or energy sensations, hair standing on end, goosebumps

Voices, singing, laughter, or your name being called out
Heaviness or sinking, feelings of expansion and contracting

Numbness or paralysis in any part of your body

Weightlessness, levitation or lightness spreading throughout the body

Any internal vibrations out of norm

Electrical-like pulses of energy

Footsteps or other sounds of a Being’s presence

Internal rocking, spinning, or movement of any kind

Arms or legs lifting while asleep

Surge of energy flowing through your body

Any noise out of the norm, wind, engine, music, bells, etc.

HOW TO RESPOND TO THE VIBRATIONAL STATE


There are several theories about the cause and nature of the vibrations associated with out-of-body experiences. This seems to be a direct result of the higher frequency, non-physical body moving out of phase with the physical body. Often the intensity of the vibrations diminishes immediately after complete separation is achieved. The response to these initial sensations determines whether an effective separate from the physical body can be achieved. The following is a basic guideline for responding to the vibrational state.

Remain calm. The vibrations, sounds, numbness, and catalepsy are a normal experience.

Relax and enjoy the vibrations as they spread throughout your entire body. Remember not to move or think about your physical body (Any physical movement will shut down the vibrational process).

Allow the vibrations, sounds, numbness, or catalepsy to expand and envelop you. Don't analyze or judge the experience, simply allow it to spread through every level of your being.

Visualize yourself moving away from your physical body and toward another area in your home. This can be enhanced by mentally directing yourself by a repeated thought. "Now I move to the door, etc." (Any location away from your body.) Be open to all various forms of motion, floating, sinking, spinning, lifting and flying, etc. Flow with the motion.

After complete separation is obtained, the vibrations will immediately diminish. At this point it's critical to focus and maintain your complete attention away from your physical body.

Electrical sensations in the back of the neck, spine or shoulders accompanies a rise in vibration. The physical body in each case reacts to shifts in vibrations and a corresponding shift in the autonomic and sympathetic system ensues. Electrically, an increase in vibration may be measured through bio-feedback -- alpha and theta states increase correspondingly. Increasing one's vibration may be described as tuning the body, through the mind, to achieve higher states of consciousness or awareness.


SYMPTOMS OF ENERGY SHIFTS


HEADACHES:
When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches. Women seem to experience them more than men. They can be caused by too much energy flowing through the crown chakra, and by hormonal changes which occurs when the chakras are stimulated. Sometimes the pain can be eased by asking Spirit and your Higher Self to make an adjustment in the energy flow. When you ask for aid to ease the pain and it is part of the process that is opening and expanding your pineal or pituitary gland, the pain will only lessen. As your vibrational rate increases, the pineal and the pituitary glands expand to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Other glands change also, but these two are the major ones that contribute to headaches. This can last a few months, or a few years depending on what level of spiritual development that you are at and your rate of growth.




FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS:
This is quite common and part of the process. Just ride it out and don’t take antibiotics which will only prolong the process. These symptoms are caused by the physical body reaction to the toxins that are released when the chakras begin to expand. What ever was constricting or congesting the chakras is flushed through the blood. Also new beliefs and paradigms are enacted the imprinted consciousness in the blood becomes toxic to the physical system because it does not support the new thoughts and contributes to confusion. It is helpful to supplement the body with blood fortifying enzymes, herbs and essential oils to ease the symptoms. Hot lemon drinks will also help cleanse the body. Don't work too much during this time, because you are going through a major shift in vibration. Try and take it easy, and it will pass.



NAUSEA, LOOSE BOWEL MOVEMENTS, DIARRHEA:
This is a common reaction when the solar plexus chakra opens and releases the stored fear, anger and resentment held in the area. Karmic and family issues will produce gas and farting. The Bach Flower Rescue Remedy can ease these symptoms. Don't be afraid to take it every 30 minutes if necessary.



MUSCLE ACHES AND JOINT PAIN:
Increasing your vibration forces the energy through the body. When there are blockages impeding the energy flow this raised and forced energy slams into them causing these symptoms and ails. Often this is alleviated by asking for assistance from the Higher Self to adjust the flow to ease the pain. The body can quickly adjust to the higher vibration in a few moments, hours, or days.



DEPRESSION:
A very common symptom caused by an increased rate of vibration. This higher frequency forces any illnesses, viruses, or infections hiding in the body to surface. To discover the root-cause contributing to this state examine your beliefs and decisions that are creating your reality. It is also important to monitor your internal dialogue to learn what you are creating for yourself. Observing and realizing the state you are experiencing is not cause by the present allows it to quickly pass. The herb "St. Johns Wart" eases depression and is anti-viral too.



CRYING FOR NO REASON, FEELING EMOTIONALLY VULNERABLE:
When blockages from this lifetime, and other lifetimes began to release the emotional body will react in this manner. The Photon Belt energy stimulates and contributes to the spontaneous release of these burdens. Trying to control or resists these urges further represses and blocks the energy making things more difficult. Crying, moaning, sobbing or toning becomes a cleansing release. Use a Bach flower remedy, or an essential oil to help with the emotional body.



FLUTTERING, PAIN IN THE HEART AREA, OR BREATHING PROBLEMS:
This is a symptom experienced when the heart chakra begins to open or enlarge to receive more energy. Pain sensations in the heart and not being able to breath can be very frightening because you may think you are having a heart attack. The above symptoms are caused by the expansion of energy running through your solar plexus and heart chakra (heart and stomach area). The best solution is to relax which will adjust the energy flow. Anxiety and fear only constricts the energy thus, causing a more severe reaction. This is a normal experience when undergoing a frequency increase.



HOT FLASHES AND NIGHT AND DAY SWEATS:
These are commonly experienced by both men and women. This is due to energy flowing too quickly through the body, hormonal changes, which men have too, and the body learning to adjust to the higher vibratory rate. Some men might experience fat being stored in this area which might feel like they are growing breasts. If you are a man don’t be concerned about this, because this puffiness in the chest area will only last for a short while.



EXTREME TIREDNESS:
Waking in the morning and struggle to get out of bed after a full night of sleep, or falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon is common. This is caused when the energy is shifting throughout the whole spiritual body. This will pass in time, each person has a different time frame for some it can be weeks, for others months, for others years. If you can create a pyramid structure to sit under this will give you wonderful boosts of energy when you are lacking it. Drink lots of pure water to hydrate the cells, add crystals to energize the water. Eat light meals with organic veggies. Doing light physical exercise will stimulate the energy flow through the body. Bach remedies, flower essences and essential oils will also help the transition.



EXCESSIVE ENERGY:
You go early to bed, exhausted, but in a couple of hours you are wide. This is caused by the Photon Belt energy accumulating around you, because the body’s inability to store the energy because it is blocked and congested. It is important not to get up and be active because the energy is for healing all the subtle bodies spiritual, mental, emotional and physical, the best way to assimilate the energy is to quietly sit and read, watch TV, or listen to meditation tapes to help you go back to sleep. This might seem to occur nightly for some time.



WEIGHT GAIN:
This is a very common complaint. The body feels like it is being invaded so it adds a layer of protection. If you are a Lightworker than additional water is needed to create energy. If you don’t have enough water the body will store water, which ultimately leads to stagnation. Another major factor is that with the activation of new DNA fat is needed to hold the vibration. Body fat holds a higher vibration which is necessary to generate healing and channeling energy. Many of you also have agreed to anchor grids of light in the areas surrounding where you live. Anchoring these grids require body fat to help hold the energy. Body fat serves a very loving purpose as it allows embodiments to assist mother earth in holding her vibration. In becoming crystalline, the body fat is evenly distributed around every cell within the embodiment. This allows the entire body to act as a tuning fork to hold a new vibration.




LOSING YOUR MEMORY OR FEELING SPACEY:
This can be a frightening experience because you cannot remember what you had for dinner, and dinner was only an hour away. YOU ARE NOT LOSING YOUR MEMORY. You are changing over from left brain function to more of a right brain function. Areas of the brain are being activated to cope with the higher energy coming in. Sometimes it is hard to speak, words come out jumbled or garbled, this situation will pass, there is no time limit on this.



EXTREME SENSITIVITY:
As you open up to the higher vibration, you will find yourself becoming extremely sensitive to people, noises, light, smells, tastes, all sorts of things. This can affect the central nervous system and can be quite a difficult thing to cope with. You do need to take B vitamins and a multi vitamin if this is happening to you. If you are allergic to these vitamins then look for a homeopathic remedy or a Bach flower remedy for extreme sensitivity.



BLOWING LIGHT BULBS AND ELECTRONICS:
If this is happening to you, then you are really reaching a very high vibratory rate and will probably be a profound healer or channel for spirit. It is due to extremely high energy coming into the physical form. It could be described as 50,000 volts of electricity coming in at once, not only can the body not cope, but it goes through the body and out again and as it does so it affects all electronic equipment.



ANIMAL REACTIONS:
You will find that dogs and cats and other animals will become aware of your energy and be frightened of it or want to be around it all the time. Many animals can't get enough of the energy. Others are somewhat frightened because they do not understand it.



FOOD CHANGES:
As you vibrate higher, you will find that you no longer want the things that you used to. Coffee, tea and meat are just three of the dietary changes that people make as they begin to vibrate faster. Meat is especially dense and can really affect the body's energy, especially if it has hormones in it. You may develop cravings for certain foods, or go off your favorite foods. This is normal and a part of the change to the higher vibration. If you find this happening, then let it happen and explore the new possibilities.

 CONTACTING YOUR HIGHER SELF16 comments

I've been contacted over the years starting when I was ten at least thats the earliest I remember. I wasn't sure who it was or what group of people that were making contact. Most of it has been through my dreams but some subtle signs that took me a while to notice has been another way. Lately I've had contacts that flow easier and not so blocked by my ego. Words pop up just before I need them or I get a feeling to wait that something is about to happen and it helps me prevent an accident, I even know what sometimes. Today I used that knowledge to wait until a car came behind me from another way which my vision was blocked by other parked cars. Sure enough within 2 seconds had I pulled out I would of been hit. Letting this flow threw me and heed the message can and will save alot of trouble. Below is a meditation that will help you get in contact with your higher self, it might not help you right away but somewhere down the road it just might. Theres countless other meditations that will work,sometimes just relaxing and let it flow is enough.

This meditation is very deep and uses a standard self-hypnosis induction process to bypass the conscious mind.. It will include special mental statements and techniques during the deepest part of the induction. WARNING: Do not operate an automobile or heavy machinery during this meditation.

In this meditation, your body and mind will be relaxed, yet you will remain awake and alert, sensitive to your feelings, aware of your thoughts, and in touch with the sensations in your body. When you are deeply relaxed, your intuitive mind is able to perceive the world in and around you with great clarity. While you are in a peaceful, relaxed state, you will be able to use the control center of your brain to reprogram undesired negative beliefs and integrate burdening emotional experiences from the past. At all times during this meditation, you will be control of your mental faculties. You will be able to accept or reject anything I say and you will be able to use the information for your benefit and the benefit of humanity. I will be giving you statements designed to increase your self-awareness. Begin by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. Inhale slowly and deeply, then hold your breath for about one second, and begin slowly exhaling. When you reach the end of the exhale, wait about one second before beginning the next slow deep inhale. Continue breathing this way throughout the meditation. If you find yourself forgetting to breathe, gently bring yourself back into this breathing rhythm.

Try to let any persistent thoughts in your mind just drift away. Imagine that there is nothing to think about and nothing to do but relax and breathe. Know that each time you do this meditation, it will be easier to breathe deeply and relax. Everything I say is designed to help you improve your life. You are safe. You are completely at peace. Nothing can disturb you during this meditation. You will continue to listen to the sound of my voice as you relax.

Begin to notice the top of your head. Notice if it feels tight or loose, heavy or light. See if you can feel the weight of your head. Notice the weight of your eyelids. If your eyes are closed, let your eyelids drop naturally over your eyes. Do not try to force your eyelids shut. Feel the top of your head relaxing. With each breath, your head is becoming more relaxed.

Now focus your attention on your face. Notice if your cheeks are contorted or tense and if they are, relax. Let your mouth remain closed, but allow your teeth to separate. Do not clench your teeth. Feel your jaw drop a little from gravity.

Notice the back of your neck. How does it feel? If there is any tension, feel it draining away with each breath you take. Do not worry about your posture. Just hold your head up in the most comfortable way possible. Your neck is becoming completely relaxed.

Feel your head, neck and shoulders letting go and relaxing. Let your shoulders drop. Let the weight of your arms and hands pull your shoulders down. If there is any tightness or pain in your shoulders, feel it draining away with each breath. You are becoming more and more relaxed.

As you continue to breathe, remember to remain awake and aware, sensitive to your thoughts and feelings and in touch with any sensations in your body. Remember to breathe fully and deeply. Know that with each breath, you are relaxing more and more, yet remaining alert to anything that needs your attention.

Imagine a wave of relaxation moving down your spine, beginning at the back of your shoulders. Feel this warm, peaceful sensation moving one vertebra at a time until it reaches the base of your spine. If you find it difficult to sit erect while relaxing your spine, then let your spine slump a little just for this exercise. As you relax your spine, notice if there is any tightness or tension in your upper back. If there is, let it go with the next breath. Now do the same for the middle of your back. When you are sure your upper and middle back is completely relaxed, move down to your lower back. Your back and spine are now completely relaxed.

Now focus your attention on your chest. Notice whether or not your breath includes your chest or is restricted to your abdomen. If your inhale and exhale seem to be coming from your abdomen, gently bring the breath up to your chest area. Feel your lungs filling with air and expanding on each inhale. Feel your lungs contract and your chest subsiding with each exhale. Imagine any tension just drifting away with each breath.

Next, move down to your abdominal area. With each breath focus on a different organ relaxing. Begin with the stomach. Imagine that your digestion is working perfectly and your stomach has just the right amount of food in it. Now relax your stomach muscles and feel a wave of warm, peaceful energy moving over your stomach. On the next breath, do the same for the organs that are harder to feel. Your liver. Next, your spleen. Then your kidneys. And pancreas. If you are a woman, focus on your reproductive organs, uterus and womb. Next, move down into your colon area (below your stomach). Try to relax the muscles in this area. Notice whether or not your bladder is empty or full. If it is empty, relax it completely. If not, try to relax it as much as possible.

Focus on your hips and buttocks. Again, let your posture go. Do not be concerned about it. If you are sitting in a chair, your hips and buttocks should be resting naturally on the chair. Feel the weight of your body on the chair. Feel your self relaxing into the chair.

Imagine your relaxation continuing to move down into your legs, across your knees and down into your calves and lower legs. Notice how much your left leg is relaxing. Now notice how much your right leg is relaxing. Now relax both of them at the same time. Continue to breath and feel yourself entering a deep sense of peace and tranquility, while remaining awake and alert to any activity that requires it.

Imagine that all your tension has collected in a ball at your feet. Feel this ball rolling out of the bottom of your feet. All tension is draining out through the bottom of your feet. Go ahead and wiggle your toes to release the last of the tension.

Now do the same for your arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, hands, and fingers. Feel all remaining tension draining out through your fingertips. Go ahead and wiggle your fingers.

Take a deep breath, deeper than before, and with the next exhale, let out an audible “sigh”. Let gravity force the breath out. Do not force your exhale. Imagine you are breathing a sigh of relief. With the next breath, let everything go. Feel your entire body relax and let go. There is nothing to worry about, nothing to fear. There is just this wonderful, peaceful, relaxed moment. Spend a few minutes now enjoying this peaceful moment. If any pain, tightness or tension arises anywhere in your body, release it with the next breath.

Now I am going to ask you to visualize being on the tenth floor of an office building. The floor is bustling with activity. People are sitting at desks, talking on telephones, using computers and meeting in conference rooms. This floor represents the surface level of consciousness. Each floor in the building represents a level of mind. Now imagine yourself walking to the elevator. The elevator door is opening and you are now entering the elevator. You are going to go down to a deeper level of consciousness in the elevator. See the door to the elevator closing now. You are in the elevator. There is a down arrow button indicating that the elevator is going down to the lower floors. Go ahead and push the button. Feel the elevator start to descend. Now I am going to count from 10 down to 1. With each descending number, you will descend one floor. We are starting on the tenth floor. With each descending number you are entering a deeper, more creative and aware state of mind, deeper than before. 10.....9.....8.....going down, going deeper....7....6.....5... the sounds around you and the sensations in your body help you to go deeper. 4....3.... watching the floors go by in the elevator.....2.....and 1. You are now at the bottom floor. This floor represents a very deep state of mind, deeper than before. You are now in a deeper level of mind than you have been in a long time. From this deep level of mind you have great creative power. You have the power to effect healing on your body, mind and emotions.

Now imagine that in front of you is a long tunnel. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will now imagine that you are walking through the tunnel toward the light at the far end. Imagine the sound of your footsteps echoing along the walls of the tunnel as you begin to walk toward the light. You are getting closer to the light. In a moment, you will reach the light. Now you are walking out of the tunnel and into the light, and you find yourself in a beautiful mountain meadow on a warm, sunny day. Fleecy white clouds are drifting along in a deep blue sky. You can hear the sounds of a gentle wind in the trees. There are birds chirping and bees humming. In the meadow are multicolored flowers swaying in the breeze. Imagine you are barefoot and walking along in deliciously cool soft green grass. Notice the vibrant colors of the flowers as you walk along, completely free, completely safe, completely at peace.

In the center of the meadow is a large boulder, and on top of the boulder is a wise person with long flowing hair, wearing golden robes. You can make this wise person a man or a woman, it doesn't matter. This wise person represents your inner self, your inner teacher, your wise self, your higher self, your soul self, or whatever you choose to call him or her. Now see this person welcoming you to the meadow and calling you by name. There is a sparkle in the eye, a softness in the voice, a knowingness in the demeanor. Walk slowly over to this person and make eye contact. See this person looking deep into you. This person knows all about you. This person knows what you need to be happy. This person knows what you need to be healthy. This person knows what you need to have satisfying relationships. This person knows how to direct you to fulfill your purpose in life. Now reach out and take this person's hands and hold them in front of you as you continue to make eye contact. [Pause]

The following statements are designed to help you improve your ability to contact your all knowing, all wise inner self. I will say each statement in first person so that it will be as though you are speaking to yourself. Regardless of whether or not the statements make sense, say them to yourself as if you really mean them. Pause between each statement.

I am now developing superior imaginative and creative abilities.

I now use my higher intelligence to see and end all conflict within myself.

I am now in touch with my all-wise, all-knowing self.

The answers to all of life's questions are within me and I am accessing them now.

I am now developing my higher mind and psychic faculties to perceive information my intellect is incapable of perceiving.

My imagination is a powerful tool used by memory and intelligence to perceive information and create reality.

I am now willing to look at the totality of myself.

I now take full responsibility for creating my own version of reality.

I am reprogramming my mind to create the things I truly desire in life.

I am letting go of old ideas and letting new ones in that better serve me.

With every breath I take, it becomes easier and easier to contact my higher intelligence.

I am now in complete communication with my all-wise, all-knowing self. [Long pause]

You are in a very relaxed state of mind. Know that all you have to do to relax is focus on your body and breathe deeply and fully. This meditation will get easier and easier each time you use it. This meditation is completely safe. You are completely safe. Everything is in perfect order. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, but be right here, right now.

Now, I am going to count from 1 to 10. With each ascending number, you will become more wide awake and alert. You will feel refreshed and energetic, as if you had just slept for a full night. There will be no ill effects whatsoever, on this or any other level of mind. You will be able to recall everything said during this meditation and use it for your benefit and the benefit of others. 1....2....3.... coming out slowly now....4.....5.....6.... coming out of meditation.....7.....8.....9.....10.

Open your eyes and stretch your body, wiggling your fingers and toes. Get up from your chair and move your body around gently, shaking out any tiredness. You are now refreshed and energetic, feeling rested and calm, with a clear mind and heart.

The Founders on Moving to the Next Level

Dearest Creators, we are the Founders with a timely message to those of you lingering in the worlds of time.

You find yourselves in the curious position of living in a set of dimensions or densities that respond to one thing and one thing only – your level of awareness. You may think that you actually “do” things or “create” things, but in actuality your creative abilities are a function of just one quality – awareness. This is because you are not really growing and evolving, although that is how it appears to you in the “lower” densities.

You are 12-dimensional beings with blinders over about eight levels of who you are. What you call “evolution” or “mutation” is nothing more than an outer manifestation of the process of expanding your awareness to include more of WHO YOU ALREADY ARE. Some call this a “remembering”, which may be a more accurate description.

A lot of you are contemplating the idea of “moving to the next level of evolution.” Let us assure you that you already exist in this “next level.” Your task, if you want to call it that, is to “remember” that you already exist there, in a full, radiant form you call the “light body.” What you focus on you become, in the lower worlds. That is the law of manifestation. This is because you already are everything. You are a child of the Creator, created in the image and likeness of the Infinite. Your soul is eternal and infinite and you are merely stripping away the illusory ideas about yourself and re-emerging as the purity and innocence you have always been.

As you focus more and more on this innocence and purity, it will manifest in the outer worlds. You will see your “fifth” dimensional self reflected back to you as a world of paradise and heaven. Right now a vast majority of you are seeing a different reflection – one of poverty and lack. This is because you have been focusing on the illusory nature of the lower selves. This is because there has been a delusional idea about yourself based on your identification with the lower selves; i.e., the physical body, emotions and intellect. Or to use the channel’s definitions, the physical, emotional, mental, astral, etheric and causal bodies.

These bodies actually exist with the 12-dimensional continuum, but they are merely energy vibrations or frequencies, what your scientists call “quantum flux.” The flux is constantly creating and maintaining itself within the framework of the particular dimensional hologram unique to that particular frequency. In other words, you are creators and the lower worlds are your canvas upon which to paint your picture of reality.

Beloved Creators, do not confuse “reality” with “truth.” Truth is the all-encompassing totality of that which IS. Reality is the individual or collective perception upon which you have agreed. You live in a reality of poverty and lack within your third-dimensional world. Yet the truth is that you have everything because you ARE everything. A tiny part of you is dreaming of misery, loneliness, fear, greed, competition, malice, resentment, boredom, apathy, despair, depression, terror, rage, and all the rest of it. Therefore, you see a world of war, violence, torture, oppression, domination, control, manipulation, scheming, plotting, attack and revenge.

It is your free will decision to choose what you want to see. You will see what you believe in. This has been stated and re-stated ad nauseum by your seers, visions, mystics and prophets. Many of you realize this and are consciously learning to see differently. As you focus on more refined vibratory levels, you begin to embody those levels in your outer appearance and manifestation. Wonderful things begin coming into your life, seemingly by serendipity or coincidence, and then you marvel at how your situation is changing. You are merely seeing a different reality within the infinite continuum.

We, the Founders, are no different than you. No, we do not have physical bodies. You see us as vast starry expanses of blue-white light because that is the only visualization your minds are capable of seeing regarding the higher dimensions of WHO ARE ARE. When you look deeply enough into yourselves you will see a similar visual. You are vast, starry expanses of pure light as well.

Some of you have the mistaken belief that you must simply focus on your higher aspects in order to be free of the dross and drudgery of this world you seem to be trapped in. This is not an accurate perception. Your task is to EXPAND your awareness, not simply filter out the unpleasant “lower” dimensions. This is probably the most important point we can make. YOU ARE ALL OF THE DIMENSIONS, NOT JUST THE “HIGHER” ONES. Pay attention to this lesson, starseeds. You who have come here specifically to help at this time have the hardest time with this lesson. Many of you can’t wait to get out of here and back to the heavenly realms from which you came. We have news for you. Nobody is going anywhere! Yes, you heard us right. YOU ARE ALREADY THAT WHICH YOU SEEK. And here’s the real clincher: YOU ARE ALSO THAT WHICH YOU DETEST!

Stop and take a breath. Re-read that last paragraph. You have been attempting to deny and judge your “lower” nature. It is time to truly LOVE your “lower” nature. Judging a part of yourselves as less worthy than other parts of yourselves is what got you in the mess you think you are in. Judgment causes separation. How much longer is it going to take for you to see and comprehend this? Separation causes fear. Fear causes all the maladies you see around you. It’s that simple. No, we didn’t say it would be easy to withdraw your belief in fear. But it is simple. You stop believing in fear by ending the separation and judgment within yourselves. You stop judging this “lower” world as being less deserving of your eternal and infinite love. This word is incredibly beautiful. It is part of you and you are part of it. Honor it, respect it and learn to be the “impeccable warrior” within it. Learn all about it, how it works, why it works, and why it doesn’t work.

Be a responsible citizen for as long as it is appropriate to be one. Learn to function and interact within this world. Be “in” it but not “of” it. This means to accept and appreciate it, but realize that it is only a tiny part of who you are. It is time to stop separating yourself from this world. Your task is to expand your awareness to include a lot more than just this world. The problem is not this world. The problem is that you have forgotten that you are vastly larger than this world. As you remember your vastness and INCLUDE this world within your vastness, that is when you bring Heaven to Earth. That is when you realize there is no separation between Heaven and Earth. That is when you remember that you are a god in your own right, capable of creating entire universes.

THE EXISTENCE OF THE BEING




The existence is cognized beside the nonexistence. The man lives and doesn’t know that he is living. His existence is being defined by the joy and the daily life. But it doesn’t define existence. And then man betrays his joy and wants not to be pleased but to experience something else. That is how the nonexistence is born. And the man starts to speak. He speaks a lot, describes everything around him and especially what has opened to him. The man has suddenly seen how his existence and the existence of everything around of him is born. Existence as a transforming force penetrates into the nonexistence and gives birth. And the man decided that he has nothing to do with it. It was established that way. It is good to get rid of responsibility when you are free. Experienced something, it was realised, appeared in existence and said to himself and to existence: “it is not me, it is you”.

Existence has created, transformed forms from another ones, and it happened in existence. Man gave birth to the nonexistence and gave work to existence - now it had to reorganize from nonexistence either. Man felt nonexistence, i.e. unrealizable and death and was frightened and renounced his creation. And God had to be responsible for what was made by both Him and the man.

Man started to speak. Man gave names to everything around, named categories of existence and was silent on the emptiness of nonexistence. Was silent because there was nothing to say - emptiness. Much can be said about death but these words are the words of existence. Speaking about death, we understand it as a condition “not to live”, as a condition of unhappening of our inner being. We speak from the existence with the language of daily life. Our conception of nonexistence, as of existence, is utilitarian, i.e. connected with daily life. Only our own life has meaning for us. That exists - good, that does not - bad. We speak about it only from the standpoint of daily life. When we die, we remember, that we are separated from daily things. Our relatives mourn in the moment of our death about our separation of daily life: “how are we going to lead our daily life without you?”

Daily life is not existence. Daily life is not nonexistence as well. It is just a practice of needs and desires of man. Man feels comfortably within it - the desires of man are being realized in daily life. Existence is being realized in existence, nonexistence - in nonexistence, and there is no space for the realization of the desires of man. But man has daily life, that is where realization happens. The daily life, as man himself, stands on the verge between existence and nonexistence. And that is our existence.

Our existence tells us that causality, temporariness - are the attributes of nonexistence. It is time where it doesn’t happen, it is causality that destroys the inner integrity - everything in the man’s consciousness gets settled, every desire is realized, everything happens, and it is not so in existence. A desire is not realized - the integrity is destroyed. But this integrity is not existence, but the birth of the nonexistence. A desire is not realized - destruction happens. Destruction is a transitional step between existence and nonexistence. Is wished - but doesn’t happen - nonexistence. But this is the nonexistence of man, but not the nonexistence of nonexistence. But behind the nonexistence of man, the nonexistence of nonexistence opens. Time points to it.

Time is fluctuating, unstable, its events are changeable. Today is - tomorrow is not, today - everything, tomorrow - nothing. Time always piles everithing up into the nonexistence, and my actions there and actions of others and life of the society itself, everything dissolves in it. Time points to nonexistence. Time is a border. To live in time is to live abroad, live in nothing. To live where there is no space - is absurdity. To live where there is nothing existent - is even more absurdity. Nevertheless we live, or better to say always wish to live. We have everything in the future. Everything is in the future in nonexistence, existence is always being expected in nonexistence, when it comes and changes everything and create forms. That’s how we live.

We want existence. The wish of existence can be only in nonexistence. But this desire can not be realized while we are in nonexistence. And our desires are unsteady, we want something today, and we want different tomorrow. This is the reason for nonexistence - we are unsteady.

Existence presumes constancy. Constancy is an attribute of eternity, and it means of existence. In existence everything is out of time. Time and the causality of the events - are the border area between existence and nonexistence. A reconciling constant of the border existence of man. We act and something from the desireable is being realized, even more of what was desired happens, if our desire was not a parasitizing on anyboby else. We want pleasure at the expense of other, of existence. And than is doesn’t happen, when the existence evades of our consumer participation in it. We are astonished, puzzled and embittered by that occurence. When we are ready to give up smth. - existence accepts and we hear the answer, we recieve smth. from it. We can’t paratisize on existence, we can’t do anything at its expense, only barter, exchange, dialogue is possible with it.

When man wants smth. from being - and it is not realized, he devises - paratisizes on nonexistence, as it seems to him. And as a matter of fact nonexistence paratisizes on him - man feels the fullness of unhappened. And horror is being born. Horror is born inside ourselves, in our inner nonexistence, and we sin against the existence as a whole. That is how the existence of the nonexistent is confirmed.

Horror confirms nonexistence. Horror is not a reaction on existence. Horror is a realization of nonexistence. And when the nonexistent is realized, the existence is born. That is how nonexistence appears in existence. And once again we decide that it is a derivative of existence. It happens inside us and we think, that outside. We are deceived by our own nonexistence.

We consider our problems the problems of the world. We look into the nonexistence and we are reflected in it. We see ourselves and think that we see existence. It is a deception of ourselves - and another cause for nonexistence. Nonexistence is not in a reflection of existence, nonexistence is in deception. We think that existence is ugly and it is made ugly by unhappened, i.e. by nonexistence. But it is our reflection. That is how nonexistence is cognized but in this cognition we don’t see its distinction from existence.

We are reflected by the nonexistence in existence. We are reflected and this reflection frightens us. We suffer and the suffering gives birth th horror. Nonexistence appears in existence and this spectacle gives birth to horror inside us. It makes the understanding of reality to disappear and we plunge into subjectivism. Subjectivism - means that the borders between oun inner existence and existence as a whole are erased, and existence and nonexistence become two sides of the same space, in which the man lives.

The boundlessness of own existence becomes identital to the boundlessness of nonexistence. Two sides of one phenomenon - all the qualities of one become qualities of another, mutually reflecting and turning over while reflecting. It happens with man as in the obscure camera a system of mutually reflecting mirrors is arranged to get the image. Conception of existence - is an image from the obscure camera.

But the existence is not a reflection of nonexistence, and then its qualities are different. And it is impossible to explore the nature of existence through the understanding of nonexistence and vice versa. Existence is hidden by the system of mirrors of man. The existence is behind an image and reflection, which are born in the consciousness of man. The image - is a language, talk about what you see. And you nonexistence. So the talk is about empty.

The talk of man is from the boundary between own being and being as a whole. All unhappened is a sign of nonexistence in man. Lie, treason, lack of love - are the signs of temporariness, and it means of nonexistence, but of nonexistence not beyond, not in existence, but in man himself. It means that man stands on the verge between existence and nonexistence. On this verge he is inside himself and on this verge he collides with other and with the world outside. The nonexistence of the world, born by man, replies to the nonexistence inside the man. That is how the image is turned over on the verge.

This verge runs where the emptiness is. The birth of the emptiness, existence of the nonexistent - are the tragedies of unhappened. And it is the tragedy of man, not the world, because the world is experienced by every man and we hear talk from everywhere - the reflexion of nonexistence. And the man started to feel the need of dumbness, as of the voice of nonexistence.

Dumbness is not the emptiness of the absolute nonexistence, dumbness is a fullness of meanings of existence. Dumbness is not a boundary, but a submersion into the depth of the absolute. There is no balance between existence and nonexistence in dumbness. Nonexistence would never tap a dumb on the shoulder, he would never cognize unrealized - he always has meanings in front of him, always existent, always happening. One, submerged into existence doesn’t wish and doesn’t meet unrealized.

Desire - the killer of existence, is a boundary between existence and nonexistence. I wish something and by my will force the environment and another man. Violence is a mother of nonexistence. It is born where the world and another one have no possibility to fullfill my desire. Desire is born from the perverted understanding of my will. Instead of living in existence and feeling what is happening around me, I make existence a target ground for the fullfillment of my desires. The target ground is nonexistence. It is a place where the existence is violated by nonexistence. This ground is not beyond but inside the man himself.

Man creates this target ground, thinking he makes it for the realization of his desires but as a matter of fact for himself. The man is not realized on this ground by is violated by his own desire. It is not him testing the existence, but it is him tested by the nonexistence. That is the problem. The man is guilty - he is the creator, but he blames the existence, which lives inside him.

He would better stay silent, but he blames everybody for what didn’t happen, for being violated. And it is just his desire reakized this way - as an instrument of violence , because it was realized in nonexistence. To wish - means not to be, to be - not to wish, but to realize and to listen to the answer of the existence. To carry the responsibility for an act and not to speak The act - activity and dumbness.

Dumbness - knowing of the existence, accusation - are the showings of nonexistence. The state of dumbness is not a state of silence. A wise or a fool keeps silence, and dumbness is beyond these categories, because dumbness comes not from the state of mind, but from the fullness of meanings. Dumbness - is a condition of overfullness, which happens before the mouth starts speaking. It is a contemplation of a beauty of existence and its meanings, it is a moment of realization, after which reflexion of talk comes. And now it is a talk of a dumb man. It is not a talk of a man, talking about the talk, but the words of a dumb man as a reflexion of an act in existence. Words of existence on existence. The inner being of man talks to the existence of the world about his own and common, it tells that this existence is joint and undivided.

Speaking dumb man - in not an egoist. His word doesn’t have two sides. No words about existence, in which nonexistence is translucent as an implication. His consciousness is not a tilting doll, lingering between the absolutes of existence and nonexistence. He understands that one transforms another - existence changes nonexistence. Existence of man has created a kind of mass, emptiness, in which there is nothing, but the existence which created it is translucent, and this condition has accepted the existence of the world. But nonexistence is not absolute, it is created for a man, which together with God transforms it. The neccessity of transformation of nonexistence is held not in God, but in man. God accustoms him to the process of creation of existence, teaches him to be a creator. Existence needs an interlocutor but not a consumer. Nonexistence is there for consuption. It is consumed, transformed in the stomach and the product of nonexistence is found - the creation of man. Product of nonexistence is not food, it is waste, a kind of used materials.

Existence can’t be exhausted, consequently, it is made of nonexistence. Put meaning to nonexistence and the emptiness is filled. God put meanings to nonexistence and nonexistence became a huge cauldron for material forms (every religious philophy is based on a chain - from nonexistence to existence). Question: where the forms of matter, forms of meaning in the emptiness are from? It is existence, which put the there, it transforms. The man put meanings to nonexistence and created his own world, own creation. Not as an imitation of existence, and not as an alternative, but in dialogue with existence.

The wastes of nonexistence settle in culture, in its traditions, in its forms. It prevents - the creation needs other forms, and nonexistence prevents - negates itselfthrough different forms, made by existence from it. The confrontation between existence and nonexistence - is a phenomenon of culture, when nonexistence as a substance opposes itself in topos of culture.




And the language is guilty for everything. Topos of culture is a language. Any phenomenon of culture, even a sign, symbol, image - it is all language. And it is a language of daily life not of existence. The language of man is created for comfort, as an appendage to daily life. Daily life is not a dialogue with existence it is living daily life. It is the creation of comfort for body. The language was born from feeling of that body comfort. It is created not to speak about existence, but to speak about daily life. It is a simulation of comfort for a soul in a comfort of daily life. Salt is salty - but what a comfort, softness and warmth.

What else would a man need? Dialogue with existence is always disturbance, always search of meanings, and the language of daily life sets mind at rest, lulls. It is not aa acting logos, demanding creative development - it is comfort. Greeks has seen the logos of existence and were glad, and started to reflex on that subject. But there was nothing to reflex except the language of daily life, and instead of the answer to the logos of existence, they got just the culture of expressing ideas on the matter.

To speak on the subject is not to experience, but to observe from aside. When we see an occurrence we don’t plunge into it, don’t feel wether it is possible to do smth. - we step aside and reflex on what it would be if we would have plunged into it. Reflexion on the actual experience and a simulative reflexion about an imaginary cause are two different things.

Reflexion gives birth to language. Reflexion was simulated and the language of daily life was born. An estrangement is translucent through the language of daily life. We move away from an occurrence and only then are able to reflex. The born language isolates from an occurrence. And then we want existence not to slip away. It dashes against the language of daily life, language, estranging the man from an occurrence. And is another aspect of nonexistence of man.

Here is the phenomenon of existence and the man stands in the distance and reflexes as though participates, estranges, creates the language to speak about phenomenon more comfortably. Nonexistence, veil is hidden in “as though”. And the man looks through the prism of language of daily life and everything becomes blurred, slips away in front of him. Now the chair is seen, now is not. And that all is because man applies it to comfort, always puts an utilitarian question - wether it is useful for a man or not. That is the specificity of the language of daily life - to rate the consumer abilities of existence.

Existence doesn’t allolow to consume itself, hides, slips away, and the man becomes angry. he was born into existence and it owes him to let experience a great number of occurrences. And existence has already done its work - has given life, and further joining is possible only through dialogue. Existence extends logos to man, and he strives to catch this logos, to grab and to pocket. Existence pulls back, man cries - existence slips away and instead of existence he sees nonexistence in an unfulfiled wish. And in which connection is existence to this? Man doesn’t care - since it pulls back, since it doesn’t give, since a wish remains unfulfiled, the existence has nonexistence in itself and turns nonexistence to man.

And then the man has created the language of daily life to his own comfort - called the phenomenons of existence essential for man, which he uses in daily life, i.e. the language of man exists for other purposes, for daily life, for comfort. And if existence doesn’t allow to use itself - then nonexistence, if it doesn’t answer the inquiry - once again, the demonstration of nonexistence. The man wants existence to tune its language to his daily life. He demands it to learn the human language, to tune its laws with the man, to take him into consideration.

Egocentric attitudes of man towards existence become apparent in interstices - in nonexistence. It is not the answer of existence, it is nonexistence of the man-consumer, getting full, taking food from existence. The limit of consumption is seen in nonexistence - consumption has insatiable emptiness in its basis. The man recognizes it as a nonexistence of existence.

The man speaks about an event, an idea and conjectures, but he can’t plainly say what is going on. There is no possibility - he can not see, he is shut off by the language of daily life. The absense of possibility is a sign of nonexistence. The language of daily life is a culprit. It gives to nonexistence by inactivity. If the language of existence is action and event intelf, then the language of man, estranges from existence and an event is an emty talk. The comfort of useless talk reveals nonexistence. Nonexistence feeds on vainness of comfortable words.

When the man acts he is silent. And thus he gets in touch with existence. Silent language of daily life - is a first step towards the establishment of contact with existence. Talk at the moment of the event - is not a reflexion on the occasion. Here comes the birth of a new language, and consequently approach to existence. But not with the purpose to catch its tail and say:”that is how you look like, existence. Why slipped away?” but for dialogue.

To talk and to hear is a great event, happening phenomenon, a fact in a biography, when it happens at the moment of birth of the talk. Here is the new language. And it is not a consumer and it is needed not for a consumption of existence, i.e. the understanding of it, but for a dialogue with it, i.e. for a joint creative act. And here the understanding is born. And this is the event.

Existence has no sense in slipping away - the man doesn’t want to catch it. That’s how love is revealed. And we know it when we correlate our own existence with the existence of another man. It is clear, that consumer’s attitude towards another one lead to eluding. Existence - is another one. It is also personal, because existence, which slips from us is the existence of Another One, i.e. God.

Existence is not impersonal. It is personal - we always appeal to the existence of a person, existence of the Creator, meaning the existence of God. Existence is not spontaneous. Otherwise existyence of man would also be spontaneous and separated from man. And the only thing separate from man is daily life. We can separately take and touch its things. The man is isolated from himself and his daily life by language. But it is a problem of man. And it estranges him from existence, giving birth to nonexistence by this estrangement.

The existence of existence is another story. And that’s the story of God. And of the man, who started dialogue with Him, throwing the language of daily life and consumer abilities away, as well.

We started with the language and we finish with it. Existence and daily life rest on language, the process of speaking itself. The language of existence is an event,. the language of daily life - estrangement from the events. And it turns out that the problem of the comfort of daily life is a problem of nonexistence, because it is cionnected with the estrangement from the phenomenon of existence. Estrangement from existence is nonexistence. But guilty is the man himself, not the existence.
