We were able to find homes for all three kittens and the mother cat.

here is one of the kittens...

The story goes the mother cat brought her kittens to our back yard after the two young boys that lived next door had worn her patience thin. She was the most grateful cat I had ever seen. She never ceased to show gratitude...

There is an object lesson here.
