Update: June 16, 2004

Our first appearance in Federal court
on our complaint for permanent injunction
is now set for June 28 at 9 A.M. in the
Federal District Court, Honolulu, Hawaii.

We have heard that Judge David Ezra has recused himself
due to a conflict of interest.
We do not yet know what that conflict is.
The rumor is, another Federal judge from California
will come in to hear the case.

The Justice Department has responded to our complaint
with a Motion to Dismiss. Although we have not seen it yet,
we hear that the motion is approximately 30 pages of their
attempt to diminish the THC Ministry as illegitimate and its founder
Roger Christie as insincere.

We will keep you updated as events occur.

Please pray for our success in court on that day.
Mahalo and Aloha.
