Rhythmic Holy Breath exercise
The following Rhythmic Holy Breath exercise is being given to Humanity by the Spiritual Hierarchy to help us assimilate the Love of God that is flowing into the planet at this time. This breathing exercise is amazingly simple but immeasurably effective and powerful beyond our comprehension. The Beings of Light said that if this simple breathing exercise is consistently done by Lightworkers several times throughout the day, we will transcend the chaos manifesting in our lives and assist awakening Humanity to transcend the resistance they are experiencing from their human egos.

The Spiritual Hierarchy said the Rhythmic Breath is the most powerful expression of the Holy Breath. It involves a very simple breathing process: inhale-hold-exhale-hold

ON THE INBREATH, we deliberately breathe the Love of God into our Heart Flames while consciously reaching into higher and higher frequencies of God’s Divine Love.

AS WE HOLD THE HOLY BREATH IN OUR HEART FLAMES, we consciously assimilate the Love of God into the Divinity of our hearts.

ON THE OUTBREATH, we expand the Love of God into every cell, organ and electron of our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies.

AS WE HOLD THE HOLY BREATH OUT, we deliberately project the assimilated Love of God into the Heart Flames of every man, woman and child.

Once you become familiar with the process of the Rhythmic Holy Breath, it will be an extremely powerful and very easy way for you to assimilate and expand the Love of God throughout your busy day.

The following affirmation is to be done in the silence of your heart in unison with the Rhythmic Holy Breath:

(Repeat several times)

Memorize this breathing affirmation, and do the Rhythmic Holy Breath as many times as you can throughout the day. Once you are familiar with the process, the Rhythmic Holy Breath can easily be done when you are driving in the car, cleaning the house, shopping, cooking, relaxing, watching television, exercising, falling asleep at night or any other time it feels right. You cannot overdo it; in this case, the more the better!

 Synchronicity, yet again5 comments
category picture5 Jul 2004 @ 08:13
Tonight I was on the phone to a friend from long ago and as we spoke a great many heartaches were remembered. As we concluded she thanked me for helping take her away from her woes at which time I said to her that it was time to play the game of life differently to what we have been playing. As usual the synchronicity of life came to remind me of the interconnectedness of life in the first email that I opened as I finished speaking to her on the phone. I would like to share this email here as I will also send her a copy. I hope she passes a giggle or at least a smile, at the thought of the content.  More >

I close my eyes
just for a second
and in that space as I am opening them
a life flashes by
Not my life
someone elses
a brilliant fine aura encircles this man
as he slowly lifts his head
his face is unseen
just defined in
black line and a fine brilliant white aura

it really is beautiful  More >

 A Date With Destiny0 comments
category picture21 Jul 2003 @ 06:13
This is a copy of an email I received today, July 21 but regarded it important enough to place on this log, even though the first date has already been. Interestingly on the first activation day, Friday 18 July I was with my children visiting my mother who lives three hours away. So on a higher level I was actually participating in the feminine activation (without knowing it)
Do you remember what you were doing on this day? Were you also a part of the activation without being aware of it?  More >

Well I guess it must be the time for sharing animal stories. After reading jmarc's "wildlife encounter" it brought to mind an experience I had on Sunday.  More >

a random act of kindness3 comments

Can we perform a random act of kindness?

The Nigerian supreme court has upheld the death sentence for a woman,
Amina Lawal. The method of her execution? To be buried up to her neck
and stoned, yes that's stoned with rocks, until her head is no more than
an oozing biomass sinking in to the soil! What's her crime? Mass murder?
Genocide? Building weapons of mass destruction? Hardly. It was for having
a baby while divorced (adultery in Sharia law). Executing someone is
barbaric enough of an act, but this is barbarism in the extreme. The court,
in it's infinite compassion, has postponed her death until 3rd June so that
she can continue to nurse her baby. Doesn't that make you all warm and
fuzzy inside and proud to be a human?

There is time to do something if you haven't already done so. Amina's
case is being handled by the Spanish branch of Amnesty International,
which is attempting to put together enough signatures to make the
Nigerian court rescind her death sentence. A similar campaign saved
another Nigerian woman, Safiya, condemned under similar circumstances.
The petition has so far amassed over 4 million signatures. It will take you
only two minutes to sign Amnesty's online petition, pass this on and help
amass 4 million more, maybe even save a life.

Go to the web page: [link] and enter your first name
(in the space marked "Nombre"), last name ("Apellidos"), province or
region/town ("Provincia"), and country (Estados Unidos for US). Then click
on "Seguir" and go to the second page. There you have the option of
entering your email address if you wish to receive follow-up information.
In any case, be sure then to click on "Aceptar" to have your name added
to the list. Please sign the petition if you might possibly feel you would like to help a fellow human being...

 Human evolution3 comments

To evolve or not to evolve?
That is the question.
Whether it is nobler to get over the ego or
to bring the world to destruction.
I certainly choose a wonderful flourishing in this physical reality. I am here to stand up and be counted. I choose positive evolution, even if it is presently going on slow mode.

What the world needs now18 comments

The present world situation has stirred up a hornets nest within nations and within its citizens. This is certainly the time in humanities evolution that all our very core beliefs, especially the negative ones that have been fermenting are brought to the surface. "Spiritually minded" people, channelers, those who say they want to bring positive change into the world when faced with "being the change they want to see" revert to the old paradime of name calling, being defensive, "better than though" or rude and judgemental when a person says some thing that they feel is directed against them, even though all they are doing is mirroring back their own perception.
There are a number of voices on NCN who dare to see the truth not in terms of patriotism and imperialism but in terms of humanity. A lot of rhetoric goes flying about change and peace but the reality shown in the virtual page of the newslogs and their responses has the same reworded old paradime thinking behinded it.
Now is the time to "be the change you want to see".

There is no tomorrow to change. Today is it!

As you allow others their freedom of speech and being you allow your own freedom as well. So speak your truth with love, awareness and compassion and remember that perhaps next time the wheel of karma may drop you into just the situation that you are so judgemental about just so that you get a taste of what it feels like when the "shoe is on the other foot"  More >

 Conflict Resolution4 comments

Well, I had to laugh today when I received an email about conflict resolution in the style of Albert Einstein and then when I came into the NCN site the same quote was the quote of the moment. The quote is "Problems cannot be solved at the same level of consciousness that created them."
—Albert Einstein

Here is a copy of the information I received that you may find of interest as it shows the science behind changing thought patterns that are presently in use.

Enjoy!  More >

 Conflict and Radiant~ Love1 comment

Osho explains the origin of separation is within our selves. I feel this is a timely contemplation for humanity to consider with the state of current world events.

The conflict is in man. Unless it is resolved there, it cannot be resolved anywhere else. The politics is within you; it is between the two parts of the mind
and two parts of the one being.  More >

For me, leaving behind old thought forms and patterns has been scary. I know the best is yet to come and I have to still keep remembering this as I still slog through the muck that I am leaving behind as I move into the light before me.
Inspiration and living in a new thought is what I am after. Trying to put the fears and old ways of behaving, responding and reacting to issues such as health into a new perspective and heart~intelligent response is my last hurdle to overcome as I remember my Self.
This article is a key for me and may be the same for you.
